Lozano’s origin dates back to 1976 with the artisanal preparation of muffins in a small family oven in Elche. A passion that over the years would end up becoming a profession, based on perseverance and dedication. A spirit that lives on today in all the traditional recipes for its biscuits, cookies or cakes.
And it is that Lozano is one of those companies that, despite the passing of the years and the incorporation of new generations, keep its essence intact: making sweets to be enjoyed. Sweets kneaded by hand, free of ‘trans fat’ and with freshly picked fresh eggs.
This very genuine way of doing things is what has led them to the development and continuous improvement of their range, incorporating, for example, new product lines, such as whole and sugar-free, or with the opening of different confectioneries in the province of Alicante.
Currently, Lozano distributes its products both in its own confectioneries and in small, medium and large stores throughout Spain, especially in the eastern region of Spain. In terms of quality, it has ISO 9001 certification, which requires controlling all production processes through the Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points HACCP system; without a doubt a guarantor of quality for the consumer.
