The ISM fair is the largest specialized fair and the most important in the world for sweets and snacks. This fair is held once a year in Cologne. It presents the full range of sweets and snacks, and that is why Lozano Artisan Pastry could not be missed, to show the world the best of our workshop. Attendees can meet us in Hall 11.1, at booth F019a.

An initiative that is part of the company’s progressive internationalization strategy.

At ISM, trends and products are exposed to a specialized audience, made up especially of wholesale buyers, who discuss their applications and the perspectives of the sector. Furthermore, ISM is considered the most important business and communication platform in the sector. For this reason, all the participants meet, that is, small and large suppliers with multinational companies and investors. Visitors to the fair have the opportunity to establish contacts, in addition to collecting ideas and contributing creations that ensure the future of the sector. The offer of the fair is completed with the celebration of different events and forums, such as the “New Product Showcase”, for new products; or the “Innova Market Insights”, with trends. In addition, since 2014, the awards ceremony of the “ISM Awards” has taken place, with which the extraordinary merits of the industry are valued.

On the whole the organizers welcomed on the 4 days of the fair, in 2019, about 1661 exhibitors from 76 countries and 38000 visitors from 140 countries at the ISM in Cologne.
