ARTISANAL CONFECTIONERY/PASTRY MAKER, SINCE 1976
Lozano Repostería Artesanal, a Company of the Lozano Ruíz family, started its activity in the pastry field/sector in 1976. The grandmother Bienvenida, motivated by her enterprising spirit, together with her husband Tomás, started baking madeleines in a little bakery in Elche and gradually became known within the city and the province. In the 80’s they moved to the outskirts of the town and as the demand was rising, the company added new equipment and introducing new production lines in order to make different types of products, including whole wheat and sugar free sweets.
Using the best raw materials to elaborate its products, the customer service provided along with the dedication of its human team are the principles that always defined the enterprise, which mixed its artisan roots with the technology advances required nowadays in the market: proof of that is the ISO standard certificate, that obliges to have a systematic control of all the production processes through the Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points (HACCP).
Currently, the 2nd and 3rd generation of the family are in charge of Lozano Repostería, that counts on a precious team totally integrated.
